These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and iBoostME ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the iBoostME website, unified digital wallet, social media boosting services, number verification services, and associated customer tools (collectively, the "Services").

1. General Platform Use & Acceptance

iBoostME operates as an online digital services marketplace providing two primary categories of digital services: (a) Social Media Boosting Services, and (b) Temporary Number Verification Services. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register an account and purchase services on the Platform.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms, applicable local and international laws, and regulations.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access our service catalog, submit boosting orders, or purchase verification numbers, you must register for an account by providing a valid name, email address, and secure password.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and keep your account profile updated.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Any actions performed under your authenticated account are deemed to have been authorized by you.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. iBoostME shall not be liable for any loss arising from compromised credentials on the user's side.

3. Wallets, Balances & Payment Processing

iBoostME utilizes a digital wallet system to process service transactions. All purchases—including boosting orders and number verification reservations—are funded through your account balance.

• Wallet Deposits: You may add funds to your wallet using available automated payment gateways or approved manual transfer methods. When you deposit funds, the equivalent value in the configured system currency is credited to your balance upon payment verification.
• No Direct Cash Withdrawals: Funds deposited into your account wallet are intended exclusively for purchasing services within the Platform and cannot be withdrawn or returned to external bank accounts, payment cards, or cryptocurrency addresses unless explicitly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such events, iBoostME reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, freeze remaining balances, and cancel any pending orders.
• Pricing Integrity: All monetary values are maintained with two-decimal precision. We do not apply hidden gateway fees at the moment of order placement beyond the transparent pricing displayed in the catalog.

4. Social Media Boosting Services

Our social media boosting category enables users to purchase promotional and engagement services (such as followers, likes, views, comments, and subscribers) across supported third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and others.

• Independent Platform: iBoostME provides digital growth and boosting services. We are an independent service platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any social media network.
• Public Account Requirement: To ensure proper delivery, the target account, channel, or post link provided in your order must be set to "Public" for the entire duration of order execution. Submitting private links may result in order failure or cancellation.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Displayed delivery speeds, start times, and completion estimates are indicative only and subject to current service capacity and platform delivery dynamics. Exact delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
• Refill Policy: Certain services in our catalog include refill coverage for specified retention periods. If your order experiences a drop below the ordered threshold during the active refill window, you may submit an automated refill request from your Boosting History. Refill eligibility is determined strictly by the documented service terms and original order start counts.

5. Number Verification Services (SMS & Voice)

Our Number Verification category provides temporary phone numbers to receive verification codes (OTPs) and automated voice calls for online registration and verification across supported applications and websites.

• Temporary Nature: All numbers provided through the Platform are temporary, single-use, or short-term verification numbers. They are not permanent phone lines, cannot place outgoing calls or send outgoing SMS, and cannot be ported or reassigned to users.
• Service-Specific Assignment: Each purchased verification number is reserved exclusively for the specific application or target service selected during checkout (e.g. WhatsApp, Google, Telegram). A number reserved for one service cannot be used to receive codes from an unrelated service.
• SMS and Voice Separation: We support both SMS verification and Voice call verification. The available capability depends on current service availability. You must select the capability that matches the verification method supported by the third-party application.
• Delivery Dependence: Successful code delivery depends on the third-party application actually transmitting the SMS or telephone call to the designated number. While our platform monitors for incoming traffic in real time, iBoostME does not control the sender platform's routing decisions or filtering policies.

6. Service Availability

Service availability may vary depending on current capacity and the availability of the particular service selected. iBoostME may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue individual services from time to time.

• Catalog Updates: Service availability and pricing fluctuate based on service capacity and market conditions. We reserve the right to add, modify, pause, or disable any service without prior notice.
• Number Verification Capacity: Phone numbers are temporary and are provided for the verification service selected by the customer. Availability, number allocation, and the ability to receive a verification message or call may vary by service.
• Service Interruptions: Temporary maintenance, network latency, or filtering by external networks may affect delivery. In such cases, the Platform halts active dispatch and preserves customer wallet balances.

7. Orders, Processing & Delivery

An order is created when you confirm a purchase using your wallet balance. Upon order placement, the required amount is debited from your wallet using atomic database operations.

• Immutable Price Snapshots: Once an order or verification reservation is submitted, the customer price and quantity are locked as an immutable snapshot. Subsequent catalog price adjustments do not affect existing orders.
• Completed Deliveries: A boosting order is marked completed when the service delivery has completed. A verification order is marked completed as soon as an incoming SMS code is received or an incoming voice call is captured and recorded.

8. Cancellation & Refund Rules

Our refund mechanisms are designed to protect customer funds automatically based on actual order outcomes.

A. Number Verification Orders

• Pending / Unreceived Reservations: If you reserve a number and no SMS code or voice call is received before the reservation expires (typically 15 to 20 minutes), the reservation times out, and the full purchase price is automatically refunded to your account wallet.
• Manual Cancellation: If you choose to manually cancel an active pending reservation before any code or call has been received, the reservation is cancelled and your wallet is immediately refunded.
• Completed Verifications: Once a verification code has been received, or once an incoming voice call has been processed and logged, the service has been successfully rendered. Completed verifications are final and non-refundable.
• Dispatch Failures: In the rare event that an allocation request times out or fails during number assignment, the transaction is reversed or placed in safe review, ensuring you are not billed for an unallocated number.

B. Social Media Boosting Orders

• Pending Orders: While an order is pending and has not yet entered active processing, cancellation may be requested where supported by the service.
• In-Progress Orders: Orders that have entered active processing cannot be canceled or modified mid-execution.
• Canceled & Partial Orders: If an order is canceled or can only be partially completed due to target link errors or platform restrictions, the unfulfilled portion of the order cost is automatically refunded back to your digital wallet.

9. Verification-Number Expiry & Lifecycles

Every temporary number reservation operates under a strict finite timer.

• The remaining reservation time is visibly displayed on your verification detail screen.
• You must trigger the third-party verification request (e.g., click "Send SMS" or "Call Me" on the external app) promptly after securing your number.
• Once the timer expires, the reservation closes automatically. The temporary number is released, and any subsequent messages sent by the third-party application will not be captured.

10. Prohibited Use & Compliance

You agree to use our Platform and Services strictly for legal, legitimate, and authorized purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using iBoostME for:

• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Bypassing lawful security controls, identity theft, or unauthorized account takeovers.
• Harassment, stalking, threats, defamation, or unsolicited mass messaging (spam).
• Circumventing restrictions on financial institutions, payment processors, government agencies, emergency services, or healthcare portals.
• Creating fraudulent payment accounts or engaging in money laundering.
• Automated attacks, reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the Platform's infrastructure.

Any violation of these prohibited use terms will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining wallet balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to services, or cancel active orders if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.
• We are required to do so by applicable legal process, court order, or governmental authority.
• Your conduct threatens the security, stability, or integrity of our systems or other users.

12. Third-Party Services & Disclaimers

Our Services interface with third-party social media networks and payment processors.

• Independent Operator: iBoostME is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other third-party trademark holder. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
• Platform Policies: Social media platforms update their algorithms, terms, and detection systems frequently. While we strive to source high-quality boosting services, iBoostME does not accept liability for any account actions, penalties, shadowbans, or content removals enacted by third-party platforms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, visual layouts, software code, design systems, and interface elements on iBoostME are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

14. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data—including account credentials, order links, phone verification records, and audio recordings—is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL iBoostME, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED STRICTLY TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE PLATFORM FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Terms.
